An award-winning ninety-second TVC film. Hybrid live-action and CGI characters.
Red “stop” and green “go” men come alive from crosswalk lights and have an epic battle across the city. We were responsible for motion capture production, fight choreography, casting, production planning, and delivering character animation.
Live action plates were shot on location in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with natural light. The mocap session took two days to record the action with a team of 6 stunt coordinators, which gave us over 200 individual takes. Four of our animators started building over 3 minutes of animatics for the offline edit, and 4 of our compositors started cleaning up the backplates and removing all the motion trackers.
